To become a member of Smarter Travel and get access to exclusive benefits for your business all you need to do is to follow the five easy steps below which will enable you to develop a travel plan.

A travel plan is a tool to assess your business travel issues with the aim of promoting relevant green travel options that are cheaper, quicker, and easier.

Complete a Smarter Travel pledge form and conduct a site audit/staff survey to understand your travel needs and issues

Use the results to develop objectives and targets

Complete your travel plan and apply for Smarter Travel membership

Apply for match funding and other Smarter Travel benefits

Information about Workplace Travel Planning

If you have over 250 employees Smarter Travel can provide your organisation with up to £20,000 worth of support to develop a travel plan. For more information please contact the Smarter Travel team on workplacetravel@richmond.gov.uk
