Catch Up With the Bicycle Competition terms and conditions
Terms and conditions
- Closing date for entries is 3 October 2010
- Winners will be notified by email and/or post by 31 October 2010
- The first prize is a bicycle worth £300 from a local store, second prize is cycle accessories worth £150 from local stores and third prize is free cycling lessons for parents worth £30
- The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equivalent or higher value. Otherwise, there is no other prize or cash alternative available
- Only one entry per person
- Entrants must be 18 years of age or older
- No purchase is necessary
- The competition is open to residents of Greater London only excluding employees of the promoter and its subsidiary companies and their immediate families, its advisers and agents and anyone professionally connected with the organisation of this promotion
- The winner will be the first correct entry drawn at random by the promoter
- The name of the winner will be made available on request by email or post within one month of the closing date. Notwithstanding that a winner has been declared, the promoter reserves the right to determine that a winner is disqualified if the promoter discovers that a winner was not eligible to enter the competition, is in breach of these terms and conditions or if the entry should otherwise have been declared invalid
- This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales
- Entry into the competition indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions
- The promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters
